SapperOne’s consultants are experienced senior resources who have had successful careers at the major consulting firms. They have managed hundreds of business improvement, program management, and system implementation projects. Our consultants focus on the outcome of a project, not just the deliverables. They possess the relevant knowledge and experience to make sound project decisions.

If additional project resources are needed, we help you find, screen, and assimilate them into your projects. Our consultants can manage your in-house staff, new hires, or other contractors that you may have.

Our Projects
Typically, our projects need a ‘systematic and consultative approach’ to solving problems and delivering results. These projects could be business process improvements or a system implementation. Our highly experienced consultants work with our client sponsors to provide the focus, rigor, and experience needed to ensure success for the projects.
